The Eton Town House Group is investing £17.5 million in the development and refurbishment of this beautiful banking hall, transforming it into a 70-bedroom luxury boutique hotel. Threadneedles is scheduled for completion in June 2002. The position of General Manager has been filled by Deborah Scott. Located close to the Bank of England, "The Old Lady of Threadneedle Street", the hotel will feature a seperate Restaurant and Bar bringing an exciting new dining experience to the City. A new dimension in health and fitness clubs will open in the lower ground floor for the exclusive use of Town House guests and private members. There will also be 3 Boardrooms for between 10 and 30 delegates & private dining.
